A:  Yes!  We make sure that the retail price shown is really that merchant's regular everyday selling price.  We also keep any restrictions to a bare minimum and clearly list all of them right on the deal page.  One restriction you'll NEVER see with our deals is a required additional purchase when redeeming!  Yes, we encourage you to support our featured businesses beyond just the deal being offered, but we never add any fine print requiring you spend $xx additional in order for the deal to be valid.  Shop on!

Q:  I just snagged today's deal.  Now what?
A:  First, congratulations on your smart decision!  All you do it click the "print e-gift certificate" link that will appear immediately after your transaction is completed (if you prefer to print it later, just visit the My Account link at the top of any page and once logged in your link will waiting for you whenever you're ready).  That's all there is to it.  Now you're ready to enjoy your deal (if desired, you can even redeem it the same day you purchased it) and the money you just saved! 

Q:  Why are the deals only available for such a limited time?
A:  Because we feature only 1 deal at a time, we can't let it stay there forever.  If you like it, then buy it (and tell your friends too, because that's what friends are for).  If you don't want it, just hang out for a day or two and watch for our next amazing deal to surprise you as it's delivered right to your inbox.

Q:  If I sign up for your free email alerts (so I can get a sneak peak every time a new deal is announced) are you going to share my email address and make me sorry I trusted you?
A:  NOPE!  We respect your privacy.  When you sign up for our alerts, we're the only ones who will contact you (our daily email alerts will arrive early in morning, from dailydeal@snagandsave.com).

Q:  Can I purchase more than 1 featured deal at a time? 
A:  Unless the "What You Need To Know" section states otherwise, you are welcome to buy and redeem as many deals as your heart desires!  Our deals also make great gifts.

Q:  Let's say I don't us the full value of my certificate within 1 visit.  Any chance that I can use the remainder next time?
A:  Unfortunately not.  We work to get you amazing deals but you have to do your part and redeem the full value within a single visit. (No change is given so go wild and splurge a bit!) 

Q:  What about my credit card information?  Is it safe?
A:  YES!  We go to great lengths to make sure that your information is secure.  All information is protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.  (See the bottom of any page for third-party verification from Authorize.net). You should also know that we never maintain or store any of your credit card or related billing information on our servers. 

Q:  I saw a link to Print my e-gift certificate, but my printer wasn't working at the time.  Now what?
A:  Have no fear, as you can easily access the link again simply by clicking on the My Account link at the top of any page.  Once logged in, all of your purchases will be displayed along with a "Print" link for each one.

Q:  Today's deal would make a great gift.  Will my Aunt Kay know that I saved a bundle on her gift?
A:  Your secret's safe with us!  We never print the price paid or the savings on your e-gift certificate.  Scouts honor!

Q:  Wow- I really love a deal!  Can combine it with another coupon or discount and save even more?
A:  You wish, but wishes don't always come true.  Our deals are so good that they can't be combined with any other discount, coupon, promotion or special offer (including happy hour specials) unless otherwise specifically noted on the "What You Need To Know" section of each deal.

Q:  What about using my certificate towards tips, taxes, etc.?
A:  Your certificate is valid for the products or services noted on the offer.  Tips and taxes are to be paid separately unless otherwise specifically noted on the "What You Need To Know" section of each deal. (And now's a good time to remind you to be a good Snag And Save^® shopper and to pretty please remember to base your tip on the full value of services received.)

Q:  I always seem to have buyer's remorse and return virtually everything I buy.  Where do I get in line?
A:  Good news and bad news.  The good news is there is no line to wait in.  The bad news is that's because we're not set-up to take returns.  A deal's a deal.  Sure, we can evaluate it on a case by case basis but unless there is an error on our end or the merchant's, the magic eight ball says your odds aren't looking so good.

Q:  What if I am unable to redeem my voucher (business doesn't honor it, closes one night and never re-opens the next day, etc.)?
A:  We're here for you!  If anything like this prevents you from being able to redeem your certificate within 45 days from the date of purchase, just let us know the full details in writing and we'll take care of it. 

Q:  When do I pick the local non-profit who I'd like to direct 5% of my purchase to?
A:  As soon as you submit your credit card payment info., you'll see a pop-up window that will prompt you to choose your favorite non-profit from a provided list.  If desired, you can change your selection each time you shop, as the pop-up will appear separately after each purchase.

Q:  What makes you guys so special (besides the fact that the head deal-maker holds the un-official record for being the fastest talker on the planet!)?
A:  Well, first we're locally owned and we love to help local businesses grow (it's all about being LOCAL!).  When you make a purchase here, your money stays here (lots of other guys operate from an office far, far away from Arizona).  We also set the standard for "giving back" with our 5% program.  We were the first local daily deal site here in Phoenix, and the first to make sure that we give back part of every sale, every time and we're proud of it!  Each time you snag a deal on the site, 5% of the full online selling price is donated directly to a local non-profit organization or school of your choice (you simply choose from a list provided during checkout and we take care of it from there).  If the deal sells for $20, we give back $1 of every sale.  You can even track how much of a difference you're making by checking our home page for an update on how much money has been raised so far!
