Once you make a purchase on this site, the merchant identified on the certificate related to the deal/offer is solely liable for redemption and all related service.  Snag And Save assumes no liability for any certificates that are unable to be redeemed through the participating merchant after 45 calendar days from the date of purchase.  In the event that you are unable to redeem your certificate at any time within this defined initial 45 day period, you must provide written documentation of your attempts and forward any supporting materials via email to hi@snagandsave.com within this 45 day period.  We will reply to your request within 1 business day.  We are not liable for any requests not received and/or not confirmed/addressed by our staff within 1 business day from initial contact.  Any requests for assistance that are received after the initial 45 days period are beyond our control as stated herein.

User is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of this site and all charges related so such use.  Snag And Save is not liable for any damages to the user's equipment resulting from the use of the site.

-No cash back on any certificates.  Full value must redeemed on a single visit or amount is immediately lost.
-Not responsible for lost or stolen certificates that have been redeemed by another individual.
-One certificate redemption per sale/transaction.
-No cash value.  Void if bartered, traded or sold (including on-line auction sales).
-Certificates are not valid towards tips, taxes, delivery fees or prior balances.
-Any tampering with a certificate will result in an immediate void without refund.
-Expiration dates vary, and are noted on each certificate. 
-Merchant is solely responsible for redemption.
